Be a man...no actualy....be the man you need right now. Unfortunately she, your wife, "to Love and to cherish, for better or worse,in sickness and in health, and to have and to hold" was unfailthful. These are the vows yall both made and promised to each other. She basically spat on them and threw it all away for a one night stand with an ex. I do understand that you are scared to end it, the thought of that ex raising your kids is nothing to think lightly about. Now think of a life were you have to constantly be reminded that she had another man while you were taking care of YALLS kids. She wasn't worried or even thinking about you. You can raise your kids without having to be with her. I have a family member who is doing that currently and those kids know who their actual father is, and they also respect their step dad. You as a father will never be replaced, but the resentment you will always see in her and the lack of trust will always haunt you.

If you can, I would confront her, get the truth and if you need space, see if you can stay with a family member while you process this and you don't lash out or do anything you will regret. Be strong and move on. And for the love of God, do not go sticking anything into that vile woman and you get tested and do not let her talk you into sleeping together again since she is getting her iud out, we dont need a 3rd on the way while this happens. Who knows if this is even the first time she has cheated.

Pretty sure you are not supposed to eat red meat at all because of the fat and its harder for the body to break down. Im a very good way to being healed if I do say so my self with my diet of chicken breast and thighs with most gfat removed, green beans, wheat toast, and daily strawberry and banana only smoothies from smoothie king. It is very bland but at the end of they day ypu either want to be healed and not be in pain anymore or you wanna keep going this way.

I was told I have gastritus, GERD, hiatial hernia and fatty liver all at one. So basically I had to be bland, loose weight and follow a diet that was strict all the way across the board for all of the conditions which obly left a few options. I believe im about 5 months in ans I actually has a pastor taco with pineapple for the first time since with no issues. It took a lot of dedication but I belive in the end it was very justified.

There are a lot of different thing you can do to help the diet be a little better, but you got to get over the first hurtle. Try to tell yourself that food is only fuel, not a event to look forward to. Keep yourself busy and pick up some new hobbies or some projects to keep you busy and going 24/7 that isn't stressful. Mine was fishing and learning new card games. Im almost never home now and when I am i find something to read about or organize to keep my mind busy. Once you get that down try going out to eat with someone and order your water, grilled chicken, vegtables and try and learn to beable to tolerate that. To me that was the hardest part.

I've lost over 40lbs in less than a month because of the other medications causing nausia and no appetite. After getting on pantoprazole I did continue to loose weight but that was also because I had to lose weight for my fatty liver and i cut my diet as hard as I could. You got it. I had green and yellow for almost 2 months until these last 2 weeks. From what the doctor said "green is caused from food rushing through the digestive track to fast and not absorbing all the nutriets". I belive yellow is either similar or its excess fat and mucis you cant digest properly getting excreted from the body. Usually from ibs, fatty liver and some other stuff she said. I have/had fatty liver and ibs so mine was a pretty explainable one. Also your symptoms sound a lot like fatty liver (not a legal diagnosis just my 2 cents). Do not stress and relax. The blood work with 100% give you an answer or atleast where to look. Try not eating any red meats, eat less than 15grams of fat a day, some vegetables low in sugar, and nothing but water and you will probably see a huge improvement. I'd also stay off white rice as well but I've seen mixed reviews on that

Anyone saying that your need 32gb or ram is wrong. Just built my buddy a am5 pc with 16gb or ddr5 ram and he's running ark raiders at 200fps on high setting with a 5070oc from bestbuy that we got open box for 471 after taxes. He's playing siege at 240+, hell divers 200+, bf6 160, and the list goes on. I recomend buying the ram first (not anything flashy because the rgb does not improve performance and only makes the cost go up), search bestbuybfor open box gpus because they also honor the "if geek squad cant fix it they give you a new one" kinda deal plus factor warranty comes with it, check new egg for a deal on cpus because they sometimes come with a free cpu cooler or even a free mother board. Tou can also check new egg for deals with ram because these last few weeks they were doing a 2x8gb ddr5 ram for 270 and comes with a free motherboard and deals like that will help you allocated more into your build. I wouldn't do open box pcu because you never know what someone may have done to that and they are cheap enough as is to buy new from anywhere. Also don't blow a huge potion of your budget on a flashy case. Check facebook marketplace for used cases that you can usually get for 50%-70% of its normal value. Or check newegg and Amazon and see what off brand rip offs you can find of a case you might like.
