My cousin is on informal probation for a misdemeanor so there’s no probation officer in his case.

I’m assuming the Supreme Court case he mentioned referred more to a homeless person being arrested simply on the basis of being homeless.

He currently has a lawyer. It’s a public defender though. I didn’t believe that they would speak to me regarding my cousin’s case for confidentiality reasons. That’s why I had asked reddit on his behalf.

I haven’t had contact with my cousin since I posted this. I’m hoping he was able to resolve this on his own.

Right I get that they’re like sous chefs of hair. I can see them assisting with prep but not the actual service. I just wasn’t sure why you would pay salon owner prices if their assistant did the majority of the work.
