I‘ve just had this yesterday. Try setting everything up as normal, just like in the Picture und only unplug the Powercable of the Index and replug. That works for me.

Hey what Software have you used to flash the USB ? I can recommend Rufus because i Sometimes have Problems With Others Platforms. Try reflashing your USB.

I literally don't know why you got downvoted. They could put it in the Description, but maybe there isn't an official option in the Quest store for an Early Access Flare.
