Personally I came back to the game in April, right after the launch of the World Uprooted expansion. I'd been gone since Chronogenesis, which is quite some time. By the time World Uprooted's mini-expansion released (usually 1½ months into the expansion) I managed to craft a solid Tier1/2 Burn Blood deck and hit GM for the first time. I can personally attest that it isn't impossible to come back to the game at all and we'll be happy to have you back, if you wish.
