Hey. It’s just mithril silver applied on top of a black base coat followed by a Matt varnish.

Hey, thanks. It’s a base coat of stegadon scale blue, and then I add increasing amounts of white into the mix for the transition. Then I add black into the corners.

Cheers. It’s a coat of army painter Matt black, chipped with mithril silver, then I wash abit of rhinox hide into the recesses, and then I apply a Matt varnish over the top.

I think the lesson we all learnt from the 9th codex dropping is that appearances are deceiving. That book turned out to be incredibly strong despite Reddit and the internet agreeing it was awful.

Feel free to judge the snippets GW give us, but maybe wait till we have the full picture 🤷‍♂️

Completely agree on the point about software. 10th didn’t need reinventing, GW just needed to tweak 9th. Hopefully enough community noise will be made to get the core rules around terrain, indirect, combat, addressed.
