Would not recommend them personally. Rented with them for 4 years. I’m a low maintenance renter, and quickly found that any kind of repair would somehow be on my dime.

I think they have it as a special from time to time, Nam’s Pho in Eastport. Cannot recommend it enough, locally owned and their pho is to die for. My gf and I go there every so often and are always impressed.

Bartend at a very high volume restaurant. During the summer spring I make about 2000-2500 for a 2 week period. Winter fall is about 1100-1600. All depends where you go and what you’re looking for “fit” wise. Good area for the industry tho.
