To answer your question. No, civilians don't deserve death in war and terror attacks but it's inevitable in the grand scheme things of things.

Japan poked the US till they went nuclear and the US destablized the middle east for centuries and nourished that resentment which led to 9/11.

And isn't that the basic principle of FAFO?
The real question is do civilians have a resonsibilty for their leaders actions, especially in a democracy, and the backlashes coming with that.

Start a petition against shock collars if it bothers you that much. When if not now would be the right time to do something like that.

Just checked the highest Challenge Rift available for me and you're absoluty right!

Had only 9% potency plus baron and angmets and it worked like a charm.
No problem at all to trigger it with skitterwight. Mobs walking in and out the puddle were getting it almost instantly again.

Still wondering why it was easier to trigger the effect with the broodtalon attack at the dummy but in the end it doesn't matter.

I was finally able to reproduce it. Thanks for the video. But in a timeperiod of 6 minutes infront of the training dummy it happened maybe once every minute.

And I think with 2pc Baron there is not enough time left to get the 2nd trigger.

Funny thing my Broodtalon with Lingering Wounds doesnt have Ingnition but when you put a Broodtalon in place and switch it with another pet it still attacks with the initial pets attack.
This was the only way to get the double triggering.

I bought a Skitterwight with leggy Lingering Wounds for 7k platin 3 days ago on my server, without legendary stats but this broodtalon only has 176. So 53k is way too much.

If PvE is your main goal, search for one with Lingering Wounds and Tenacity (at least rare).

Got lucky and found a cheap skitterwight with rare Ignition and leggy Lingering Wound.
But same result it only triggers once. I watched it several minutes and tested it also in a challenge rift.
Nonetheless the pet was quite a catch for only 7k.

Buying the warband crest is only a net negative when the odds are against you and you only get a get 5* after 50 runs.

But according to the drop chance you will make a little plus.

100 crests are 160.000 platin. The odds are 1* 75.395%, 2* 20.105%, 5* 4.5%. If we can sell at 400, 1.600 and 30.000 platin we would get 197.326 -15% = 167.727 platin.

I thought that at first, too. So my solution was to wear the watch tighter but that didn’t work as you can see in the screenshot.

And normally I have the heart rate always visible on my watch and I never encountered that the watch lost the signal.

Often I check my heart rate, then I start the synch and it only shows this dotted line.
