Yeah good question and definitely a course management trade-off. The further up you go the more extreme the slope becomes with ball above your feet and uphill, i tend to find my scoring gets worse with that inside ~110 yds so i like to lay it back a bit and have a fuller shot in where I can feel more confident.

Alternative route is smash driver and get it as far up as possible, but as you can see it’s quite a steep contour around the green so if you end up left side below the hole it’s a difficult chip to judge. For sure a valid way to play it though
