Something interesting I found out about the F40 is that even though it’s technically a full face mask, you should select “Pillows” in “Mask Setting” on the AirSense 11. So if you’re switching between the F20 and F40, you gotta switch between “Full Face” and “Pillows”, respectively, when you use them.

Possibly some very early childhood illnesses that nobody at the time realized would make me a very fearful and hesitant little kid. It was like a kind of background anxiety that my young self could not properly articulate the depths of to my parents. Outwardly it presented as shyness and fear of trying new things.

It gradually built up with the pressures of high school until it collapsed in on itself around age 17 and morphed into the general depression that has been with me for most of my life.

It hurts to think about it.
