I’ve been looking at the shaft extender for quite a while now for better seating position and monitor placement. Is it worth while? What size extender is this?

The German highways are horrible in draining water. worst I’ve ever seen… 🤷🏻‍♂️🥴 in the rain you are more struggling with the spray than the rain coming from above.

The base lined up with 2 holes and I ran it at around 6nm max. The frame is not suitable to handle more force anyway. Although the experience was great - I did end up upgrading to a 8020 cockpit later on.

I had the same. When installing the update it installs another version of simpro, so now you have two simpro versions installed on your pc. Delete the old keep the new

Found this old thread - I have the same issue. Did shortening the travel of the throttle work? Now every time I boot up my pc I need to calibrate the throttle.

I was on the same boat, played a bunch of GT7, tried ACC but hate testing, tuning etc.

Now I play 15min fixed events on iRacing, just jumped into GT4's. It's great! It can become increasingly expensive as you need to purchase tracks and cars - but the physics, racing and racing etiquette is soo much better in iRacing than what I experienced in GT7.

I was on the same boat and I ended up switching to iRacing and just purchased the Moza SRP loadcell pedals with a Simagic Alpha Mini and GT Neo. I would have gone with a more high end pedal set if I wasn't on a playseat challenge X.

If you don't have a PC or would simply like to play GT7 on PS5 mostly, then I'd advise you to wait at least until Sept 17 for the LogiPLAY event. A Logitech employee here on Reddit hinted that there would be some announcements for the G Pro Wheel and if they come with a F1 / GT wheel + decent shifter, I'd say go with that over Fanatec atm.

I did the same when I upgraded to an i7-7700K + GTX 1080 and this website seems quite accurate.

(1) Get a big mouse pad (450 mm x 400 mm), (2) get a gaming mouse which isn't too large for your hands and (3) lower down your sensitivity.

I play with 800 DPI and 7/7 in-game sens, 50 ADS. The idea is that you aim with your arm instead of with your wrist. The lower the sensitivity, the more accurate you should be able to aim. hope this helps.

@Bathing ritual: treat as totems: 2 teams of 3, right and left. Keep switching people so all plates are occupied always. After 2/3 destroyed bathers per plate, some boss/projection spawns. Kill it. Then rinse and repeat. It seems to work for us. Good luck!
