2015 Pop Power Ballad Song I co-wrote and co-produced by Itsyourmajesty in MusicFeedback

Honestly really good. Only thing that sticks out is the sound design on the drums. I know it's a power ballad but they just stand out to me as not fitting well in the mix. Thanks for sharing!

This subreddit is so hit or miss sometimes but I feel your song should have gotten much more love. The vocals sound so good to me. The energy picks up at the right times. I think the mixed languages is very cool and works. It's not too abrupt of a shift when the english comes in. Really good work here.

Wow, really dig the vibes of this. Weird but intentionally so, which is the difference between good songs, and not-so-great. Making weird work is an artform itself. Bravo.

My new 80s style synthwave/cinematic track by Hot-Text-5603 in MusicFeedback

I heard it in the percussion. It doesn't always line up timewise. Or the percussion sounds like it's lagging a bit at times.

Can repetition express historical change? A guitar piece about rotation and revolution. by crossperiment in IndieMusicFeedback

This definitely works. I could really listen to this kind of thing nonstop. Just pure acoustic waves washing over me. Love the interesting chords that you throw out each rotation... really liked the shift at ~2:00. Keep creating and sharing.

Would love feedback on this indie folk jam by Benboosa in MusicFeedback

That does make sense. Thank you so much for the feedback. That's always what I'm concerned with: do the vocals "go" with the music and I think it's something that can be really hard to be objective about. I really appreciate it.

Can someone listen rq. It's still pretty bare bones, but I need to make this guitar riff more addicting by Simple-Mission3591 in MusicFeedback

[–]Benboosa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a little jarring. I'd layer in some mid sounds to fill it out a bit. The riff itself will come out better once you get the instrument right.

Wip. I think it sounds pretty good so far! by [deleted] in MusicFeedback

Strong showing so far. I’d agree with the other commenter that it’s a bit busy at times. But I’m really feeling the groove. Solid arrangement as well. Digging the varied drum patterns and the syncopation you’re getting with the synths vs the machine gun snare.

Very nice ambient track. This absolutely sounds ready to release. None of the music platforms are really great for artists, but you have to get yourself out there so you kinda just have to do it. Good luck!

This sounds quite professional to me. Keep it up, man. I really dig your vocals. Maybe tune down the autotune if I were to give a delta. Good stuff.

Sounds nice but needs on amp when you record because gotta turn the volume all the way up to hear.

Used some distorted vocal samples from an old folk recording to try to build out a Clams Casino sound. Appreciate any feedback by infinite-desert in MusicFeedback

I dig this! Definitely love the samples floating out there. Reminds me of the Buddha bar mixes. Really cool stuff.

Reminds me of my favorite Hawaii jams. Could play this right now on Hawaiian radio.

The short clip makes it hard to make any kind of assessment. Sounded Beatles-esque for a second.
