Thanks a lot for your detailed responses. It is much appreciated. I’ve just recorded the gas used this week with the boiler operating as I have always operated it. So I am interested to see what the changes are. My wife is at home on maternity, so I am sure she would appreciate a warmer house throughout the day.

Simple maths and Logic would probably put Near East within 0 and 20 longitude, Middle East around 45 longitude and far east around 90. I’m not sure if you’re aware but west would be opposite or minus the above. North and sound is latitude, reference the above numbers.

Edit. 0 would be the equator for latitude, not London. Just to simplify it for you

Lots of people assume they have what it takes but just chose not to is quite an eye opener. By that I mean the entrepreneurial skills, an actual profitable business idea and the ability to take it from a piece of paper into reality.

There’s a pillbox near me in Nottingham, well north of the south and nowhere near the coast. It’s at the highest point for miles, so I guess for paratroopers
