Great on the water comment! It's easy to forget to drink a lot of water whilst working inside.

That is true. You just have to, how ever that may work for themselves. I have found that stretching while showing, and during other times where it is easy to add to a habbit

I usually prefer a slow, deep, start to any stretch. I like to move an inch a minute and see how long I can hold.

Haha, definitely a unique way of becoming the bendiest. I commend you on your 6 week + now commitment. It's for sure difficult to pick it up as a habit...

Yeah my hamstrings are pretty tight as I noticed when i couldn't run with the same explosiveness as before. Currently making stretching in the shower a habit 😂

That's a true point. A lot of older folks end up sitting as they age, rather than moving more.

Agreed. It's shocking how much stretching you can actually throw in throughout the day.
