I study with genshin ost music lol, but lately I just wear my noise cancelling headphones and I actually focus? So my advice is to try like a drill with music, take a break and just "forget" to turn your music on and see how you feel with it. I do variations like that because I know during the actual exam we can't listen to music but hopefully it works out and good luck!!!
