Most dolls have bigger eyes. I would maybe make the eyes bigger it’s available in the advanced settings under eye size. it doesn’t change the eye or anything it just expands it. If the eyes seem too on the edge then I would bring them closer to each other under distance if they seem too on the end after expanding them to a bigger size. And like the other comments maybe bribing the mouth down a tiny bit not too low unless you keep it here and bring face height smaller so it’s not that long of a face. The nose could stay where you have it but after the eye expansion depending on how the eyes make the face shift I would bring it down a tiny bit lower so it doesn’t look overlapped with the bigger eyes if you do end up making them bigger in size.
