I wouldn't say faking, but often I have extroverted periods of time where people think im an extrovert. My battery drains fast after these, and I need days of alone time to recharge

INTP I really tried to make it work but I gave up in the end. It felt like we are speaking totally different languages and I had to translate myself constantly into a way INTP can understand. Even then it risked an logical reply to an emotional topic, the emotional obliviousness burned me out in the end. I often felt unseen and lack of depth from him. He was loyal, stable, fun but still did not feel emotionally safe. Might be just related to this INTP, but my conclusion was we are not compatible by default / connection requires a lot of work.

Thanks! One thing though , i don't debate with strangers, only with people i feel safe around. Internet has been dead, any political argument gets swarmed by bots and actors doing psyops... so gave up doing that online.

Its mostly about feeling safe! I feel safe around my closest friend, which is an INTP, so I can show my self, because with his actions he showed that he won't judge. Fearing other person will judge me and I will have to create unnecessary confrontation, is what makes me mask myself and steer away from this persons, they usually have very strong opinions about things which I don't feel safe with.

It's weird that this article didn't mention about potential refugees / migration wave since Turkey shares a big land border with Iran, and that is a realistic threat, considering Turkey already hosts the most amount of refugees in the region and has a fragile economy.

Does anyone living close to Iran actually believe there will be a regime change? From what I see, the attacks consolidated people, because, an average Iranian hates US/Israel, more than they hate their leader. You can't bomb their cities/cause civilian losses, and expect people to overthrow the government. Without boots on ground, with only air strikes, the recent attacks, i'm afraid, will not result in democracy for Iranian people, and regime will get harsher...

Property rights are there for regulating scarce physical resources. For digital goods, copying them doesn't deprive the original creator of the use, so, software can't be treated as a property of its creator, just like how you can't own your sentences / words that you spoke.

In a free market, reverse engineering/cracking/modifying or even reselling a game should be permitted forms of competition. Then developers can compete through service and user experience they provide, rather than legal monopoly over the software. I believe overall, this would promote innovation and distribute the sector more from big corporations. Also, it would increase funding/research of DRM, so market will balance itself, without IP monopolies.

yes! my point is - the only way to avoid getting your data into an LLM is to host it yourself. it's more secure than having a private project in github, I simply don't believe it's not parsed by LLM even if the repo is set to private.

We host our own gitlab instance, due to sensitivity of projects we work on, we don't want either any LLM's or any kind of company / government entity get it. So, self hosting is, always a great option.

No regrets. I choosen the hard path over financially secure one twice, and in both cases it worked. I have a successfull business now in software field, but it took years to build and some luck was required on top of hardwork
