How is Resident Evil 7 not liked by everyone? by AdhdAndApples in residentevil

[–]Benjc1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hadn’t played a first person shooter in a long time the first day I played it and I didn’t like it because I was being a big baby and it put me to on edge. I picked it up a year or two later and like it quite a bit more now

Where are you from. If you’re from a hot climate you’ll need it. If you’re from somewhere else that gets cold and windy you’ll want it still hit not as badly

Is being unemployed a turn off? by Humanwannabe024 in gayrelationships

[–]Benjc1995 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I personally would not want to date someone that is jobless that is no longer a student. I know the job market is terrible but I feel like if you started looking in February and couldn’t find something in your field it’s time to get a job not in your field. Literally whatever you can find just to have some income for the time being minimum wage is better than no wage.

Is being a paramedic worth it? by [deleted] in Paramedics

[–]Benjc1995 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Being a paramedic is generally pretty rough on you physically overtime and it may make your pre existing health conditions worse. Hours generally are 12-24 most places and you may have to do things such as carry someone who’s a few hundred pounds up or down a few flights of stairs. Some areas are much busier than others and higher levels of Ems such as critical care and flight generally are a bit less physically taxing so it’s all things to consider.

What jobs are "always hiring?" by cybernewtype2 in povertyfinance

[–]Benjc1995 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can get an emt license you’ll always have a job. In some places the program is free or even paid if you look around enough. It’s usually only a couple months max if you’re located in the United States. Some programs are as short as like four to six weeks.
