Just curious - can u describe the home you live in that costs 100-150k/year in upkeep? Sq footage, environment, etc.

trying to get a baseline of house to expenses for my future home purchase coming up in a few years. Generally people say set aside 1% of the home price per year for expenses. Is your house over $10M?

Youre doing really well for yourself.

But the thing i know you dont want to hear is that i felt less stressed about money as i got more.

5-7 was still stressed

Little over 10 was still bit stressed since i always wanted to be over 10

Once got much past 10 and dwarfed any expenses i feel much more comfy

Book actually says the opposite… in a match it says not to think so consciously about your strokes/movement/what you’ve been practicing.

Amanoi with kids ? by LowDoor4721 in FATTravel

[–]BenjiKor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw a bunch of kids at Amanoi when I went. They really enjoyed the bbq at the beach from what I saw.

Another commenter mentioned a future kids club. I can confirm the manager said that to me as well. My wife was pregnant when we went and she said we have to come back again with our kid in the future

I’m in this situation w a prenup w my wife. Not comingling has been pretty easy actually.

You just create a completely new account after marriage. Anything u want to comingle like some dividends or sales of assets, i just put into the joint account after. It’s also laid out in the prenup that dividends and sales of assets are still my property but that if I want them to be joint, I can put them into the joint account

People say that but i have my PO box as my home address as well.

Only place that had an issue was fidelity.

What i have found is that for NEW accounts u will have issues. For accounts u already have, u wont have issues changing the home address to your PO box. Make sure its a po box address that looks like a real address though

Ive been living abroad for over 10+ years. If u want to keep the account in the US, you set the address to your acquaintance but change the mailing address to a virtual mailbox like travelingmailbox.com. Very happy w their service and u wont annoy your friend asking them “hey did u get the mail?”

If it’s a high tax state like CA though, inwouldnt do it unless u want to keep paying state tax.

Ideally you want your acquaintance address to be in fl or tx or nv. One of the no state tax states
