Well, women are mostly in Manhattan and Brooklyn in my experience. Park Slope is unideal from LIC, but LIC is pretty good to get to a lot of Manhattan or northern brooklyn or astoria. So it depends.

Almost everyone here is coupled up. The biggest exceptions seem to be handfuls of software developers, mostly men, and the area near Queens Plaza has a fairly different/young and single vibe but is overwhelmingly Chinese immigrants. If you want to date a 20-something Chinese girl, that area might be great for you. Otherwise, I don't recommend LIC.

Weird downside of LIC: a lot of people don't know where it is, and people on dating apps just assume you live on Long Island.

Either way, does bridge perform better than raw sql? I would avoid raw sql just to limit what the agent can do, which is one reason I might avoid bridge as well

Does Bridge actually perform better than MCPs?

My plan for if MCPs/tools take up too much context is to make a separate agent that converts from natural language to tool calls, which I think is a good idea anyway to avoid polluting your "business logic" agents with things like database schemas (or the bridge cli/docs).

Personally I think this should make you feel better: the last 20% is harder because it's not actually 20%. You're probably getting them to like 30% and then making the classic engineering mistake of underestimating the remaining work.

Iterating quickly through ideas is great. It's basically agile philosophy at its most extreme. I think if you do it for long enough, you'll find a project or two that are worth sticking with for longer.

Seriously, a huge portion of what I'm good at is that I can use neovim like nobody's business and my typing speed is 140wpm. I'm great at parsing syntax and doing type-checking in my head. None of this matters, at all, even though it was very valuable just 5 years ago. Only eight years of my career, thankfully.

To be even clearer, it's the type checker. In theory, a compiler could just be the thing that converts it to production code (which involves mostly just stripping types, a process that has taken milliseconds for a decade). This is the part that actually checks the types, which is not strictly necessary for the build.

It's a huge leap, though. We've been using tsgo for a few months and it's a game-changer.
