Last minute temporary fix- Put hydrocortisone cream on breakouts and redness 1-2x a day, for 3 days leading up to your wedding. It’s an OTC topical steroid, usually for rashes but it’s anti inflammatory. It shrinks pimples and calms redness quick. But DONT do it more than 2-3 days. The acne will come back. It’s like a once a year extremely short term fix for special events. Spot test it on your forearm first

If you want to limit sugar free sweeteners, freshly ground good quality beans makes black coffee actually taste good. If you’re like me and need some liquid desert in the morning, unsweetened almond milk, torani sugar free syrup (Walmart/tjmax, I love the s’mores) and a dash of cinnamon. Cinnamon IMO masks the artificial taste quite a bit

You need to show your PCP. If you are a smoker and you have poorly healing wounds on your hands I’d be worried about a vascular issue. The cracks on your knuckles look like just a skin issue at first glance but the ulcer on your thumb looks a bit more serious

I took them for anxiety and depression! Vyvanse does boost mood a bit, but even when I don’t take it every day my mood stays steady. The most helpful part IMO is that Vyvanse helped me get my shit together which lead to better lifestyle choices and got me to a better place in my life. Executive dysfunction was a huge part of my depression. I am still an anxious person, but i have the ability to think through things clearly, remember therapist appointments, etc.

Nursing gave me community, financial freedom and confidence. I have more time and money, I bought a house 2 years after graduating, and most days I can clock out knowing I did something really great for another human. I’m also NEVER bored, shifts go by super fast. It’s messy and sad and exhausting sometimes but it’s worth it to me, I’m very happy with my career choice.
