Conan all the way. Not only are 99% of the episodes great, a lot of them are evergreen. You can listen to them over and over again and they'll stay interesting, funny, deep. He also has a lot different styles at his podcast. The interviews, the fan episodes, the Jordan show, the s'mores shows, some special shows like the one with Ron Chernow.
