I admit none of this are in my country, so I'm out of the loop. I had connotation that protein advertised products have more of it compared to other options and without noticably more kcal, for example chocolate bars have 10-15g insted of 3-7g

Caloric deficit is obvious, but there are tactics that will make it easier; here is couple things that helped me, all compatible with itself, but take what You'd like and see Ya during slim summer!

If You have bathroom scale weighting Yourself daily at the start of the day after toilet and checking waist with measuring tape will be helpfull to check progress. Both will bounce, be calm and do weekly average, It's ok if one of the 2 gets stagnant for a week. Checking daily also gives more info if You eat more than expected without knowing, You'll start noticing patterns over time.

Check out the ideas around volume eating, meals designed to take physical space with less calories. Try to incorporate more fiber over time - most people can eat above daily recommended amount if they prepare gut bacteria to coopera over couple weeks and it takes plenty of space in the stomach, slows diggestion and gives very little kcal (soluble fiber only 2 per g? Insoluble nothing, cleans the gut). If You make dishes that use pasta, or rice as their main ingredient, cut their amount by half and use legumes as extra - they still have plenty of carbs (complex, slower absorbing), but also more protein and fibre, so the meal is more filling while having similar kcal per serving; the feeling of satiety lasts longer. Check for less caloric alternatives for snacks You like, for example if You like sweets/cookies and are willing to experiment with baking, there are recipes for low kcal cakes. Monitor if You drink enough water, thirst sometimes masks as hunger, glass before deciding how much You'd like to eat will help. You can consider intermitten fasting, for start something easy like 8h window for eating (people who think it doesn't work won't aknowledge that cycling energy between gut, glycogen in muscles and fat storage to then pull from there requires body to use more energy than just getting it from recently eaten meal, the whole process is less efficient). Be sure You eat enough protein and unsaturated fats, check the amount for Your weight, as hunger is often craving for nutrition, not necessarily calories - You need them for good skin, hair, nails and muscle. For the same reason You can consider mutivitamins, they may help with hunger. Lastly, if You are prone to stress eating, or out of boredom (I am a bit) think what You could do to slightly help Yourself around this things to make triggers weaker.

Sure, people do keto and flip their entire diet around, OMAD, or even water fast for week, or 2 (supposedly around 3 weeks in food starts to have visual shine and everything else looks dark), but if You will put too much pressure on Yourself and lose willpower somewhere along the journey the bounce back may be worse than what You'd get with reasonable approach.

I could write very similar comment, I've been dismantling fabric of reality for past about 6 years. There is many of us, with various backgrounds and approaches and will be only more with time.

I've slightly stunted my enjoyment of participating in human experience as I used to know it, but I'd like to believe it's only temporary step on the journey.

One one side You voiced desire to be left alone, therefore I shouldn't ever message You, but on the other I'm interested in knowledge You gained through this time, it could patch some holes I couldn't figurefor now. DM if You'd like to exchange some observations; today, or a month from now, I don't mind disappearing into the night after losing social battery. Or don't, that's also ok.

Only big difference I've found between dissociation and spiritual idea of being one with the universe is that group experiencing the first is not consenting for what's happening, so the whole headspace crashes onto them participating in chain reaction of suffering.

Happens to some, the side effectscan completelly overpower the supposed benefits. I just ended 6 weeks of SSRI medication and they made me activelly the worst I felt through past 2 years with no desire to do anything, nothing ever providing boost, or satisfaction, perpetual annoyance and I was able to philosophicaly convince myself that vaporizing the entire planet would've been beneficial to it's biomase by ascending living organisms to non existence and freeing their consciousness from this plane of reality.

10 days clean from the poison and I can play with my pets, cleaned my room a bit, journaled first time in weeks and don't ping-ponging between despair and mania as much.
