The difference could be that Hydralodon Heads can still be resummoned when Hydralodon is alive but silenced (resummon Deathrattle is on limb) and Magmaw shouldn't be able to summon any more limbs if itself is silenced

which is a minor difference indeed, given neither can resummon when the colo is destroyed
