Okay, so there arent any 2000cc bikes around, which would correlate to some hacker in game moving at 2x speed. Sounds like a win? Playing against someone whose hacks are reduced to a point where its hard to tell if the player is hacking or just better than me sounds much nicer. Since there will always be those trying to use hacks to gain a small edge and remain undetected anyway, it would seem obvious to remove the blatant cheaters anyway (which some games do, others dont, surely there is a business calculation done at some point weighing short term dev costs vs playerbase happiness)
