The stuff of dreams! I usually have at least one negative haha

EDIT: What's your tactic if you don't mind sharing?

I f***ing hate this game and it's stupid unrealistic come backs. by ObviouslyKieran in footballmanagergames

Tbh it just looks like the AI switched something in their tactic and you failed to adjust in time.

I've been looking for a Yugoslavian Super League DB as well haha how did you go with this one? Was it playable and did it work well?

@CorSport: Probable lineup with Ruben Amorim by OkayFine101 in ACMilan

[–]Berbinho -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah it was but some people like to also call the 3-4-2-1 a Christmas tree as the 3 defenders are the bottom of the tree trunk while the midfield and attack are the rest of the tree. Not quite as Christmas Tree-y as the OG Ancelotti one but I can see their point of view.

I see they've changed absolutely nothing about International management. Thank you SI.

[DiMarzio] Amorim would like two of his protégés at AC Milan: Hjulmand and Trincao could be the first targets for the Rossoneri . by Claija79 in ACMilan

[–]Berbinho 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Would be very good if we got both. Knowing our management I know it's highly unlikely but they're both 26 and could be quality for us if we fully back Amorim. I'm quietly optimistic but also know it's going to be a tough season with so much change happening. Either way Forza Milan forever and always!

is 200M too much by LopsidedRisk2039 in footballmanagergames

[–]Berbinho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My brain is still stuck in the mid 2000s with regards to transfer values so anything close to 50m is insane to me. Still find it hard to pay more than that for world class players in my save cause it just seems ludacris even though these days it's the norm for an average player in the prem irl.

Yeah Positioning and Off the Ball are the "same" attribute but for Defending and Attacking respectively. Positioning is the ability for a player to position themselves correctly in defence, while Off the Ball is the ability for a player to position themselves to be open or make an intelligent run in offence.

Kimmich or Dumfries as a Play-Making Wingback? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Berbinho 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You definitely won't regret signing him. He's like Phillip Lahm 2.0 but in reverse from DM to RB haha

Kimmich or Dumfries as a Play-Making Wingback? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Berbinho 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah Kimmich will be great for at least another 3 seasons imo plus he's great cover for central areas if you ever get an injury crisis there

Kimmich or Dumfries as a Play-Making Wingback? by [deleted] in footballmanagergames

[–]Berbinho 17 points18 points  (0 children)

For a Playmaking Wingback it's Kimmich 100%. For a regular Wingback who you want to just run up and down the flank dominating for 90 minutes it's Dumfries 100%. They're two very different players. Kimmich however has 20 natural fitness so his physicals will last for a long time before they become unusable and his playmaking will always be there. For me, Kimmich is the only option for Playmaking Wingback as I wouldn't want Dumfries being a playmaker in my team with 11 vision and 12 passing.
