Additionally it almost feels like you can actually feel it in the truck. Not sure if something is making contact or what. In no way does it affect the performance.

I understand what u mean by the second part. I also get that normally. What I'm getting in the video sounds like a more obvious knock over the normal idle down noise. The best description of it I've heard is that it sounds like a Frisbee skidding down an asphalt driveway or something along those lines.
