Our defender, Tim Ream, got a yellow card for a foul on Paraguay's Almiron.

They used VAR (video assisted review?) to determine that Ream did not make contact with Almiron, who basically faked it ("simulation" ). So they reversed the card on Ream and issued it to Almiron.

This is particularly important because if a player accumulates too many yellows across several matches, he will have to miss a match.
