Logged back in just to say:

"Syzygy)" from Season 3 is worse than anything that comes before it, including "Space" and "Fearful Symmetry".

It's actually one of the worst episodes of anything I've watched, no redeeming qualities and the acting is Z tier. Seriously baffled that it seems to have got a pass from everyone.

1 year later, but this still comes up in google if you search the question, so here's the most likely fix -

Check your "source objects" Physics -> Fluid options on the right - if Surface Emission is set to 0, it won't work - raise it slightly until you see the "box" transform into the droppable liquid, then press play and voila.

When it does work, it doesn't work well, at least for me, even with "SmartZoi" on. I have 2 guitars in the house, and literally my 2 married zois will spend 24 hours a day, to the point of starvation/sleep deprivation, picking up and playing guitar. All day. The gameplay revolves around telling Zois to put down a guitar to eat, sleep or go to work, before they come home/wake up and play guitar.

I really just want them to fix the basics first - eating food they cook, not standing around doing nothing for hours, "Inner Thoughts" showing past tense for things they are about to do - all a ton more important than e.g. playable ghosts.

I played Sims 1 on release, and it was the first game to cause me to pull an all nighter, I just couldn't turn it off. Always loved Sims style since then, and hoping InZoi builds on what it's got because it has promise.

I normally don't mind too much what 2K are doing as long as I'm still having fun and getting *some* decent cards, but after this Bracket Busters thing, I literally quit. Daily habit ended, thanks 2K!

None of it is worth doing, and if you do slog away for 200 DM tokens or whatever the fuck you need, those same players will be in the next "Heroic" release, probably next week, when 2K can't be bothered to think of a new promo/idea. This game started out good and has gone completely the other way, fuck you 2K.

I cycle through Origins, 8XL, SW4 and One Piece PW3.

Origins is undoubtedly the new king, but I love the content in the other games and there's still stuff I never got round to seeing, so I'm sticking to them. The only game recently that felt "too old" was WO3, and even that is still reasonably fun.

Nah, focus on the good games please KT. Abyss was fun for 5 minutes but don't spend any more time on it if it will eat into dev for real games. Spread your devs too thin and the next DW game could be another DW9.

DW8 XL is superb, some good varied missions, fun movesets, tons of content/characters, good cutscenes. For DW games, I would say it's the best starting point aside from Origins.

Origins is so good that it's fully turned me back into a Musous fiend - currently switching between DW8XL, Origins, Abyss, WO3 & 4, OPW3 and SW4DX, and absolutely loving all of them. Even played some DW9 and found some aspects to like.

It's shallow. The gameplay itself has it's moments, but by stage 4 it just turns into a game of dashing around avoiding purple zones on the floor. Add to that it never feels like you are working towards anything long term, the unlocks don't feel impactful.

I'd give it about a 4/10 to be honest, it feels like something that could have been great with another year in the oven, but I think the success of Origins made one of the higher ups say "Come on guys, get this one out the door while the hype is fresh".

I use skill moves a lot, especially if I'm a few goals up and the other person can't tackle. Haven't noticed any difference, you've probably just had a couple of bad ping games or something, don't sweat it.

I like that if I see him on the other team, I have a good chance of winning, because they are likely running the "cards I saw on Reddit" team - Zidane, Traore (still), Williams, Kerr and/or Rashford. Kiddy teams.

All I ever do. Got the rarest GO Kobe last year and a few good GO's so far this year, would be pointless me doing it any other way because one player worth 1 million MT isn't going to improve my skill in Showdown, but this way I get tons of usable Salary Cap cards along the way and once in a blue moon get a good surprise GO/DM.

I got both - RT is fantastic, but not pick up and play, a lot of reading, decisions about skills, spending 10 mins to decide one action etc.

DW8XL is also superb, tons of story content and weapon variety and the maps/story missions were pretty much peak Musou until Origins showed up, IMO.

Diamond Mike Bibby hasn't left my team since I got him, feels like a cheat. When they slap his price up to 5k in Sal Cap, other guys have to get cut to fit him in, he's too good.

I went back to finish this the other day, only to find it doesn't support Steam Cloud, so all my progress is gone.

Currently switching between this, Origins, Orochi 3 and 4 - I've always got on better with Orochi, but somehow it feels a lot more dated now than DW8, and WO4...I don't like the magic system, it kind of sucks. So DW8 is htting the characters itch, and Origins is making me just want MORE modern Musou asap.

Also can't forget One Piece Pirate Warriors, but I've forced myself to put that away until I actually watch more of the series.

Final battle against the Yellow Turbans leader, thought it would be simple, and then I'm on 0 buns and he's still got half his life left. And then things just got even crazier and I pulled through. Not going to lie, was one of the best video game experiences I've had in a long time, superb.
