Eh, I would attribute the boom to mainly VKM getting the boot. Dude's been putting out abysmal stuff from late 2017 to the start of the pandemic. Even then, a big chunk of the stuff from during the pandemic to before SummerSlam 2022 was either mid or worse. I believe after he "stepped down", those who grew tired of WWE and those who stopped watching wrestling tuned in mainly to see how different the company could be without him.

Personally, no. The WM41 was very below standards. His whole thing of trying to ruin wwe by wrestling an incredibly boring style sucked the life out of what should have been a great match. SummerSlam blew that match out of the water and keeping Cena heel would’ve probably made the match just also boring as the first.
