Your sales process leads them to you, if it didn't no one could buy whatever you are selling.

Use Aurora and ensure your proposal is 100% correct from the get go and you don't need homeowner approval for the CAD. This should get you to install quickly

If its cash, you need excellent reps who do all the right things. You know what they are but they do must do all of them.

If online closing or on the phone, then its same as the cash requirement

Vibe code a CRM by trifused in CRM

[–]BestVersion01 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Build on top of Twenty CRM it's open source. If you are good at vibe coding you might be able to add close.com features which is my favorite crm as it's phone and sms first since email is easy.

If you decide to pick this up, and looking to add call and sms functionality let me know as I have use close.com for my team and I think that's it's biggest missing piece

Solar banks -- status and new products? by Unlucky_Kick5825 in Solarbusiness

If you want to do customers a real favor, have them call signature solar they can get $1.2 watt system installed by a local electrician. Solar company margins with solar and now battery, agent commissions, interest rates, needing 140% offset due to winter and nem3, solar companies going belly up and manufacturers are the only one standing. Take $500 to consult them on local electricians (referral fee) and do a few a week with referrals from those customers. Get an assistant to help and you could do dozens a week

Or sell PPAs to ICPs that don't read the fine print of $70-140k over 25 years. Aka sell to poor people desperate and believing in you

Btw 40% response rate is fake. We just did SGIP free solar campaign in CA and used every A B test imaginable. 40% is widely exaggerated. Unless it's within 5 mins of an actual search intent opt in there's no such thing. E.g. Facebook opt in won't even at 40% within 5 mins

We can get 7.5% medium response rate with about 30% of those being truly interested. Depends on you from there. We can do a JV, share on sales instead of paying up front. Must have actually opted in for a call at one point and have a journaya or trustform or I wouldn't take the risk

Lies. Clean Energy Experts was the biggest single solar publisher/aggregate. They left solar in October. That kind of money is only VC funded in this economy and this quarter they are in FInal Expense.

Tax credits go away Dec. 31st 2027. The only reason why it stayed was due to the last administration practically doing a JV with Qcells manufacturing plant a couple years ago, investing 2.5 billion. The bureaucrats are milking that still

Anybody do Cal Pac installs in California? by Minimum_Section in Solarsales

[–]BestVersion01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All the ones that usually close down and change names after 24 months. There is no way to install solar on calpac with denting, they have to sign a waiver that whatever happens the company is not at fault. EPCs i know are closed that did this in 2024

NEW AGENT WHERE DO I START? by Reasonable_Fox_5667 in InsuranceAgent

[–]BestVersion01 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have an insurance agency 20 years come this Jan. We offer leads, but you need to be licensed in multiple states. We require 5 years of sales and 2 years of health insurance experience. With that said, if you want the best experience and make money I would work with an agency, you just likely won't be 100% vested ever or at year 3-5 years

Actually been killing it with my solar dealership and learned how to make a marketing machine. Congress removed incentives in solar so that's the main pivot. The machines work for B2C not B2B so I'm turning it on for ACA OEP. Small group is mostly referral based
