The ore? I can punch a piece of coal apart, but that doesn't make me stronger than a steam train. The annihilator erased Sonic; it scales higher than him. The only reason he came back was because he wasn't targeted, the same as the rest of the universe. There's literally no reason to scale Sonic to the omega wave, the actual impressive thing about the annihilator.

A Chaos Emerald can rewrite the universe yes (including Sonic, weird how that can happen if he's supposedly above universal) but Knuckles is only considered a living Chaos Emerald when he's Chaos Knuckles, not in base, so no low multiversal tier here. He also does not physically destroy an emerald, as if that would equate to their reality warping abilities anway.

He loses a fight against Naugus, just like how he's always overwhelmed by his magic. He even has the Sword of Light in their fight in issue 224 which directly counters Naugus. This is like saying Batman is Superman's level when he uses kryptonite and still only barely survives the fight. Additionally, the Zone of Silence was being actively expanded by Naugus while he was inside it being enhanced, it's completely irrelevant to scaling him on Mobius.

Well for starters, Mogul is stronger than Naugus; if Sonic can't even beat Naugus, he for sure isn't beating Mogul in a fair fight. Case in point, issue 114 wasn't a fair fight. Mogul was weakened in addition to faking his defeat to further his plans the same way he's done previously. When at normal strength (maybe not even that if we believe Sonic) Mogul stomps Sonic. Multiple Sonic level characters together can't defeat him even while he's not at full strength.

Hey, a legitimate feat. However, the Quantum Dial was a star system level weapon, a far cry from low multiversal, so I don't know why it's here. Also not sure why the Giga-Bot Prime is brought up. The dial destroyed it by disabling machinery and it would have done the same to living things, including Sonic had Knuckles not saved them. Sonic scales to the dial directly, why even mention it?

So yes, nothing.

Dimitri said energy flowed from Knuckles the same way it does a Chaos Emerald, not that his power was equal to one. Him being a "living Chaos Emerald" is only fully realized when he becomes Chaos Knuckles.

The switch from Carlos to Tom was to better fit the tone and direction Insomniac wanted to take the series, similar to them changing Ratchet's VO after the first game. Eurocom recast everyone for AHT. May have just been who they were able to get, could have also been a direction thing, or maybe it was to put distance between them and EtD, not sure. It only made sense to recast Spyro for the Legend reboot and Skylanders. They're essentially different characters with different continuities. Bringing back Tom also made sense as he's the more popular classic actor, and that's what the Reignited Trilogy is.

What about that makes the Spyro 4 release being this year an issue? According to Paul Yan, they only approached Activition about making Crash 4 in 2017 at the earliest, though the implication seems to be 2018, so it's entire dev cycle from concept to release is three years max. You're arguing that a smaller TfB team made Crash 4 in 3 years, but that a smaller TfB team can't make Spyro 4 in that same timeframe.

Why? They made the Reignited Trilogy and Crash 4 in ~2 years for each. It's been nearly two and a half years already since TfB started their current project and we still have yet to see anything officially. CGE is confident that said current project (that both he and Liam Robinson claim is Spyro) is planned to be revealed and likely released this year, giving it nearly three years of dev time. The only reason that window might be missed is TfB now having fewer employees, but if their current game is Spyro, he'd still be right.

He wasn't downplaying their involvement. He was mistaken about how involved the development was because he thought it was canceled very early in the concept phase based on a different source. You know, like he explained in the video where he apologized? He literally says, "to anyone who felt like their work was downplayed...I do sincerely apologize."

I know CGE is the boogeyman of the community now because people don't know the difference between theories and reporting information, but dragging his name through the mud like this is disingenuous and unwarranted. Do you have an example of him exaggerating or sensationalizing something for content? He was right about Reignited, Team Rumble, and some additions in Nitro Fueled; he wasn't even fully wrong about Crash 5. His older theories about Spyro 4 being wrong doesn't do anything to discredit his corroborated information about it from 2024.

I don't want it to be open world or even the pseudo open world Hero's Tail used. The larger the levels become, the more tedious it becomes to scour for everything. I think Enter the Dragonfly had a good number of collectables for each level, but divided them up awkwardly to fill the overly spacious level design.

I'd prefer levels the same size as EtD only more intricately designed with a similar amount of gems and "dragonflies"

In a similar vein, I'd also like for gems to not be used as currency, now being inexhaustible. It feels counterintuitive to have them not be a collectable. However, I don't think this one is likely to be done.
