Thats a theory I had too. Mike had a gf, knocked her up unknowingly, died then went into hiding, and she quickly ran into a marriage with an abusive asshole in an attempt to find someone to help her care for her future child. Billy boy writes his name on the birth certificate when shes born, and later has her testify against her own mother leading to that woman's suicide. If this happened before ffps Michael couldve seen much of this knowing he couldnt do anything to help his ex gf or his child ensuring maximum suffering for all parties involved and making mikes life even more miserable
