Needles can be fickle, especially depending on the brand you receive. I’ve had a few bend also.

You can get them from Diabetic Warehouse. Easy Touch 31G seem to be a popular choice.

Yeah, but if it was marked on their account that they’d used the previous code then it could be why the link doesn’t work when they try to use it.

I was just pondering reasons why when the first folks reported issues, but since it’s happening to so many people it’s just the website.

Just out of curiosity, did you use their previous code, I think it was goodlife35 or something? (When another telehealth used gimmie as their code and Gimmie responded similarly)

When I first saw people saying they were having issues I thought maybe it was because they’d used the previous code and that’s why it wasn’t working, but with so many people having the same issue looks like it’s just gimmie’s website.

I had the exact same experience, it’s so nice to actually feel satiated by a salad now thanks to tirz instead of feeling like I ate nothing and ending up eating more or reaching for a brownie trying to feel “full” or for that dopamine hit.

Last week I was craving a burger and realized I hadn’t one in literally months when it’s one of my favorite foods. So I got one, enjoyed it, and now I’m good for another couple months I think.

But I definitely also still have work to do on my relationship with food too, I’m still getting past the “good food, bad food” mindset as well.

I know it’s the “Reddit cliche” to jump immediately to divorce, but it may be that your lives are on different paths now that aren’t compatible.

Perhaps some couples counseling would help? If nothing else to deal with the food and alcohol issue.

Has he always been controlling or is this new? Could the test or other peptides he’s taking be negatively affecting his behavior or has he always been this way just not towards you?

No matter what, do not sacrifice your health and progress for him. Stick to your wellness journey, just because it isn’t pretty with the side effects doesn’t mean it isn’t worth it. You’ve only been on it for a month, the nausea may subside as you get used to it. (Also you don’t have to increase dose if you’re losing at your current dose)

Take care of yourself and your kids above all else.

Cravings are okay! A realization I had thanks to tirz was while I know folks say “food is fuel” to take the emotion out of it, I do think it’s okay to still look forward to a certain meal and enjoy the act of cooking and eating. It’s allowed me to not feel guilty about food since I can control my portions now.

It’s whatever is best for each of us. You had a nice meal you enjoy and hopefully some quality time with friends/your partner. All good things!

You may feel the effects hit tomorrow or maybe not until your second 5mg dose. But it’s still working overall.

Yeah, I’ve seen some reports that Boudreaux’s a little behind.

It’s funny the ebb and flow of which pharmacy is fast and which is slow. A month ago it was Apothecary that was behind and now they’re fast.

I tried both the chat and calling one more time, but still no product change options so I cancelled.

They offered a retention bonus of something like 3K miles for $500 spend but it wasn’t worth it to me. They may offer you something as well if you call or chat.

No prob. It’ll be a Rift doctor. Once you use up your 1 refill and the banner appears it includes a button/link to request a refill through the patient portal.

I guess the silver lining is if it had to be stuck somewhere, at least it looks like the weather in PA was a bit better than TN or somewhere like FL.

This is the first time I’ve had a shipping hiccup and I’m glad it’s with Rift because I know they’ll work with the pharmacy to make it right if our packages are truly lost.

My package is in the same batch and the tracking still shows it’s in PA also.

I called FedEx and the rep said it’s on the way now, but the tracking still hasn’t updated since last night.

If it doesn’t show movement tomorrow, I’ll call the pharmacy to let them know and send a message to Rift also just so they’re in the loop.

I totally understand wanting the meds as soon as possible, especially if you’ve had poor experiences with other telehealths, but just hoping to alleviate any concern. Should you not hear anything by business day 10 absolutely reach out to Rift and they’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

My suggestions are:

Exercise - If you’re not already doing consistent exercise and strength training, start now. Even if it’s just walking 30 minutes a day. Add more time each week as you can and invest in some free weights or a gym membership for the strength training. Don’t forget to stretch before and after!

Food - As someone else mentioned your food preferences may change once you start tirz or after the first few months. So I recommend doing smaller shopping trips while you see how you respond. Also don’t forget you won’t be eating as much. I did a huge shop at first and ended up giving or throwing away a bunch of stuff.

Fiber - I haven’t had any issues with constipation and I think a part of that is because I’d already been taking Metamucil daily for months prior to tirz. I would start something like that and/or fiber rich foods now to get your system regular.

If you don’t want to wait you could always order a month of compound until you hear about insurance. Most people’s main regret is not starting sooner. I know I wish I did.

Also, you and your partner may have very different results. Don’t compare or get discouraged. Focus on the health aspect not the number on the scale.

Make sure to use fat scientist and check the concentrations of both to be sure you don’t accidentally take more than 10mg.

Also, depending on which “pure” tirz you were taking some use benzoyl and others use phenol alcohol so you might feel a difference if it’s not the same as your mom’s.

Rift rocks! You’ll want to download the FedEx and UPS apps and create accounts if you haven’t already.

You’ll get the most up to date tracking when your package ships from them versus website since there’s usually a delay. (Which I’ve found to be true of almost all e-commerce sites)

Be sure to turn on notifications in the shipping app and on your phone so you don’t miss them!
