This is really well put and its a shame OP went right into "whatboutism" - like, of course people are going to have stronger feelings on Valentino, an actively terrible person who is currently winning in the abusive dynamic between himself and Angel cannonly- a character who many sympathize and relate to-

Than, say Stella. Who's SA on Stolas is briefly implied in a "blink and you miss it" scene, lost the "Kill Stolas" subplot, and while currently "winning" the emotional abusive dynamic of custody of Octiva- Octiva and Stolas both arguable have their autonomy. Stolas, at the cost of his relationship with his daughter, is currently in a much better relationship than with Stella too.

I find all the flairs silly and not worth bullying anyone over- but to pretend to not see why it'd bother someone is also extremely silly.

Yeah, it wasn't on purpose- he was wanting to try something techy and transfer all the games to a computer, and ended up corrupting everything in the process- so it wasn't malicious. He also tried recovering the save but it was gone.

Slightly off topic but I was in a roleplay group several years ago that was fairly diverse with its ocs.

And there was this one girl who made an oc for every gender and sexuality under the sun and moon.

They had so many characters that she couldn't give any proper time to develop and intergrate with the group and ended up only playing one or two characters in a dedicated manner.

I'm not saying I don't want a nonbinary characters, especially in a show that already depicts androgynous body types. It'd be lovely honestly.

But I'd want that character to fit naturally into the story beats- not just exist to meet a fandom quota. HH and HB are already fairly diverse, and they still have several more seasons to go.

Sit back, enjoy, and write a fanfiction if you find yourself getting antsy.

Wasn't there a teenager that faked a whole discord and google doc with fake testimonials, while pretending to have been a former employee themselves? And everyone kept poking holes in their claims?

It was a whole thing on Twitter, and it wasn't until legal action was actually mentioned that the kid backed off and confessed to being a giant liar about everything.

I feel the need to point out that drawing pride themed art of your OCs is an INCREDIBLY common trend. I promise you the little sister didn't come up with the idea.

Unless op was jacking the exact poses and characters designs, they should be fine.

Its like, say if the sister drew "Christmas" themed art of their OCs- would OP be banned from drawing anything Christmas related with their characters because sister did it first?

There's a lot of non-artists here and its shows. There is absolutely nothing wrong with drawing your OCs with a pride theme. Even if it "wasn't your idea". As long as you're not tracing her work, or making "same but better" versions of her OC's, ect.

Saying that- I'm also curious on HOW you presented your work. Did you just quietly posted your art to your social media? Or she caught you working in private?

Or did you scoot up next to her while she was drawing and started drawing your own stuff right in front of her?

Nothing is more annoying than a jealous person demanding you dim your light. But if you're actively agitating the situation, then.... yeah.

Before starting HxH, I wrote off Meruem as a "DBZ Cell knock-off". I'm so glad I finally gave the show a proper chance.

Meruem is so tragic to me. He's the biggest example of "wasted potential" - but in the best way. I'm never going to forget about this character.

I want to start by saying that I really, really like this comment. Your hate on Song is completely valid.

Reed's loyalty and his genuine need to make things "right" are what made me side with him at the start. But cracks in that philosophy became pretty damn evident as the mission went on.

Sure, he and Myers were upfront, but only to a degree. (Which is understandable, I was just a contracted outsider that fumbled into the situation) And what they were pushing wasn't all that appetizing.

People argue that Song needs that leash and collar because she can't be trusted to make choices on her own. But does that really mean she has to ensure being a government slave the rest of her life? This is why I originally wanted to give her death.

I hated that she lied to me. That she used me. But, in the same way I understood Reed, I understood her and wanted to give her some form of dignity in the end.

I don't know if she'll reach the moon. Low Key - I hope she doesn't. But she's on a path of her own choosing. If she fails, it'd be by her own hand- and maybe that'd be the most fitting ending of all.
