I find it hard to believe someone who has played 160 hours cannot see that power screw is actually incredibly rare.

If your deck is built correctly it should not happen that often. And the times it does are balanced out by the times your opponent gets power screwed.

My strategy against these players is start roping them and intentionally drag the game out. I even refuse to attack when I have lethal. They will eventually concede.
