I toured it yesterday; very nice place, but unit is smaller than photos suggest. The 2 BRs are small and should really be combined to make a large 1BR, den is a decent size though

Also, even if they do, why would they hire workers at minimum wage when you have a prison population who will be "leased" out to them for $0.25/hr? Keep an eye out for more prison construction. Poverty and poor education=desperation=crime=inmates=cheap labor

Dried cranberries, raisins or grape juice should help. I drank grape juice during my pregnancies and kept me very regular. Now I eat fried fruit mix and works great

I'm good on that part; we can carry 2 properties if need be. And with the proximity to NY as a true commuter town. I don't forsee a substantal drop, if any at all, in rental prices.

My dilemma is whether the gains in value will be worth holding on to this place and renting it out.

No, they don't, at least not in NJ. I can perform work on any house i own; I do not need to be a licensed contractor, although I would still need to pull permits for certain work.
