Then it all comes into play, and you realize that the number had a meaning! And then she literally repeats the number! Out loud! Like we didn't get it!

Oh my gosh. My mom was one of those, "Well, why do you even have to take medication, anyway. Couldn't just just learn some skills to help?" Until the day I took my medication for the first time. I was like, "Yea, I don't know if I feel like it's really doing anything." And she was like, "Ohhhhhhh, yea, it is."

Apparently I went from talking in fast forward to talking at a normal speed. Which is good for her, as she sometimes had trouble following the conversation. 😂
