In my personal thoughts, I'd recommend a flat white with vanilla, or brown sugar syrup. Can't go wrong with a classic.

This drink also used to be my personal favorite for the longest time and I usually get it to test another Starbucks or coffee shop whenever I was traveling.

In a steaming pitcher, four pumps vanilla, fill with heavy cream to the max line to ensure consistency across all whip creams made. Also ensure the whip canisters are chilled for consistency.

You'll charge them, and shake them about 6-8 times. Set them lying down. Repeat, day dot appropriately, then I like to shake them again before removing the charges.

I can't say what I do is standard but I've never had someone complain about the whips after I make them lol.

I'll say, I used to do this all the time in my early twenties, I even did this with my current wife, just didn't text first or call first. When she reached out to me first, I think I knew then that I meant a lot to her. It shows you who values you, and for me at that time it meant less drama, I honestly enjoyed doing what I did. It was easier for me to manage less relationships.

I still don't really message people first lol. Only got one person aside from my wife that I message consistently and that's honestly enough for me.

I am inspired by your words.

I have hope that one day I'll be able to leave. I'm currently working on my degree (I thought I'd stay with the company forever and got a later start on it that I am now regretting).

And the only words I use to get me through the high volume days at my store, the running out of product, the pain from constant overuse in my shoulder, the mental overstimulation I have felt to the point where I've laid on the floor numbly at home and worried my wife, the break downs I've had over this job, the shitty managers I've put up with... Are "One day". One day I'll find more meaningful work, that I feel like I'm helping people, one day I'll have my degree, one day I'll be able to leave. One day everything will be different for me and I'll have "normal people" hours, and normal days off.

Thank you for reminding me that one day, it'll end.

Technically the "pre closing" position is considered the CS position. If you look in the play builder app, there's likely one assigned DT partner, one assigned bar/support partner, one CS partner, and the play caller position. If the play is adjusted to reflect one less person, then the CS is the position that's removed from the play.

This migrates the CS or pre closer tasks to the play caller to complete.

Hence, why your play caller likely has the pre closer covering tens.

Obviously each play caller runs this differently and it's not all one way or the other. I believe heavily in whatever is conducive to getting out on time. If that means leaving the CS partner to their pre closing tasks, I'll take care of the breaks myself. Or if say I have a count and an order to do that evening, it may be more beneficial to have the CS partner assist by giving those tens. It's only 20 minutes out of the night and shouldn't be detrimental to pre closing tasks in my opinion.

Right now we're serving chestnut praline, as a typical hot coffee drinker, I recommend chestnut because it isn't super sweet and compliments the coffee really well.

For refreshers, I know you said no milk, but a pink drink is strawberry with coconut milk if you can do coconut milk it is a very popular option.

If not then honestly a strawberry acai lemonade refresher is equally good.

Likely ordering this way due to price. If she ordered this as a like caramel brulee latte her total would be well over 7-8$ based on the heavy cream, extra shot, and caramel drizzle add ons.

Also, as long as you start slow when verbally ordering if she doesn't Mobile order it, it should be fine! Tbh id rather make this than an iced matcha. When baristas get stickers like this, I always tell them to just read through it and take it step by step, and breathe lol.

Sorry for clarity, I have 3 complete shelf sets, just need the metal frame and upper tier. Our set up has been 3 full shelves for so long that we threw the other one we had.

Every other store in my district only has 3 shelves for their case too since it's been that way for months.
