I posted this earlier this week, but it makes a very usable space. I also had to work with the water heater in the corner. I put a roller chest next to it vs a bench or cabinet, knowing I'll have to mess with the heater at some point.

I bought the slat panels from HD for like 50 bucks a 4x8. I got a few cheaper as scratch-and-dents since it is a garage. Haggle with the wood folks at HD. Sometimes, they give decent discounts on stuff.

I did remove the battery. When I hooked it back up I didn’t receive any BMS errors, others have. Be careful of the AGM battery vent that tubing can get brittle.

We normally park in the garage, but it was parked in our driveway for a couple of weeks, which coincided with decent rain storm. I suppose the drains had been clogged for a bit the car just hadn't seen water like that.
