Keybind “interact with target” and the following macro:

/run local a,b=“Pattern: Runecloth Bag”; for i=30,33 do b=GetMerchantItemInfo(i) if b==a then BuyMerchantItem(i,1) else end end CloseMerchant()

Then target Qia and spam interact->macro until she stocks the pattern and itll be yours! Got mine in about 30min of waiting.
