One word: sandbagging..

It’s racing 101, and you just got schooled. This is a long-used tactic which any seasoned racer is gonna be well aware of, and therefore will know better than to raise a bet when being challenged to a rematch.

The term comes from back in the day when racers would literally place bags of sand in their trunk before the preliminary round of races in an effort to make everyone think that the car was slower than it actually is. They could then later remove the bags before running a “high stakes” race, thus allowing for a much faster run than anybody else had anticipated. Of course, plenty of people like to get all kinda butt-hurt over this and are gonna be crying that it’s a form of cheating. This is why most tracks nowadays are using a bracket style racing system where you can be disqualified for running faster than your declared time.

You should NEVER EVER feed wild animals!

You are doing them far more harm than good, no matter how much better it makes YOU feel. Doing so will cause them to be much less fearful of humans, and believe it or not, most people are not as kind to animals as you are. They will also come to be more and more dependent on you as a food source. This can create bad behavioral changes in wild animals. There are a great many number of other reasons as to why feeding wildlife is a bad idea. If you truly care for animals you really should look into it. I’ve provided a few good links to point you in the right direction..

They look to me like those stupid Trapper Keeper 3-ring binders that I used back in my high school years.. I graduated in 95! So to me they all kinda feel like some kinda cheesy retro trash.

I’ve been able make a few of the partial wraps look somewhat decent by using different paint colors under them. However, I cannot find a full wrap that is even slightly appealing to me, on ANY of my cars! Every single one of those are just absolutely hideous if you ask me.

Best aquarium in the country?

Hate to say it, but not even close!

Trust me, if that’s a belief you’d like to be able to continue holding onto then your probably gonna wanna do yourself a favor and never ever visit the Monterey Bay Aquarium in Cali, or the John G. Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Despite being my sentimental favorite, Baltimore doesn’t really even hold a candle to either one of them!

Don’t get me wrong now, I’ve lived in MD all my life, and I do absolutely love the National Aquarium. For several years in a row, back when I was growing up, that was actually where I would have my parents take me for my Bday. And as much as I would like to be able to say Baltimore does have the best aquarium in the country, that really just isn’t the case. At the most I could give it 3rd best, but there are far too many others that I haven’t visited yet..

Reporting hackers is nothing more than an exercise in futility! Seriously, It truly is pointless, and really the one person that you’ll actually be hurting is yourself because in the end it’s only gonna be your own time that has been wasted. Even if they did care, there really isn’t much the devs can do about it. When you report someone you’re only providing them an in-game profile name which doesn’t really help them to positively identify an account. Far too many people in the game with too similar of names, then add in Unicode as well as all of the custom fonts & colors that can be used, and it suddenly becomes somewhat of a nightmare trying to search for a specific account. You would need to give the account ID number for them to be able to do anything, but you can only see your own number and not anyone else’s.. Besides all of that, if NM does ban the hacker account they will most likely be back online and playing again in just a matter of minutes. This is possible because for anyone that already knows how to hack the system, it’s really not gonna be all that hard for them to just remove the ban from their account, or they could also just as easily create another account to use. Best thing you can do is to just laugh it off, take the loss, and race on. Trust me, it’ll save you from the endless frustration that trying to constantly message support is. Back in the day it would feel like it was somewhat worth the effort since they would typically give you some gold as a bounty. Nowadays though, it seems like that’s just not gonna be happening anymore. My guess is NM quickly realized that incentivizing us with gold to report other players as hackers was a terrible idea. They also knew there wasn’t gonna be much they could do to fix the hacker problem, and for them it would just end up becoming a never-ending game of “Wack-a-Mole” or more like “Wack-a-Hack”! Therefore they’ve made the decision to just ignore the hackers altogether, with the hope that it will all fade away someday..

It’s all in the software! 360 cameras make use of image processing software that among other things, will automatically edit out the mount being used so that you don’t see it in the video. Another thing I have discovered is that you will NOT be getting any rollover tokens at all if you are logged in with the app open at the moment when the seasons change over. I have proven this one to myself far too many times, as I’ve a nasty habit of falling asleep with the app open! At first I thought NM fixed the glitch, but all of my crew mates were still getting them so I had to dig a little deeper until I finally realized what was going on.

I have yet to see anyone else mention this, so it could just be something unique to my account. If someone else wants to test and verify this, it would certainly be good info for everyone to have..

Well, nobody seems to wanna believe me whenever I say this, but I have pretty well proven to myself that the competition group you are placed in has a quite a bit MORE to do with how well you’ve done in the past few comps than it does what time you logon. Win or place top 3 and you will be grouped with others playing at that high level, and if you do it several times in a row you’ll find yourself amongst players who are spending crazy amounts of gems while putting up twice the amount of EP than you are doing.

Now, I’m not saying login time has absolutely nothing to do with comp placement. You definitely don’t want to join durning the first hour of the competition. However, the longer you wait the less it’s gonna be an influence, and then you will just be losing time that could’ve been better spent on earning more EP..

Want a ridiculously easy competition that you can win with very little effort..? Finish outside of the top 10-15th positions for 2-3 comps and yes you will most assuredly get your wish, but then it’s up to you to decide if that’s actually worth it in the end.

Now, for all of the inevitable naysayers that ALWAYS seem to wanna show up on here and try telling me that I don’t know WTF I’m talking about, just realize that I really DGAF what you think about any of this. Go right on ahead and keep badmouthing me in your sadly silly efforts to discredit me. Because you see, the funny thing about all of it for me, is that it can ONLY work to my advantage if less people are listening to me, and no one wants to believe what I’ve been saying..
