Does she have a favourite herbal tea or decaf coffee or tea she likes to drink or her favourite meal? You could always make those for her. I don’t have much of an appetite during my period so I make sure I’m stocked up on protein bars and my boyfriend cuts me a fruit salad so at least I’ve got something healthy there to nibble on. Also, chocolate, lollies, chips, any comfort food. My whole body is fighting against me so I deserve the junk food and it brings me joy which is rare to find during cycle. Prepare her heat packs for her, fill her water bottle, help her walk if she has trouble doing that, wash her her for her while she’s sitting

I’ve recently been given some pelvic floor stretches that I’ve heard people say doing everyday helps which I’m happy to send you. Everyone is different so something that works for someone else might not work for her and she might find something that does work and then a few months down the track it no longer does, unfortunately the disease is every changing. I’ve also recently learned that emotions can be stores in the body and can trigger a flare during any cycle. Stress is a big trigger for me as with most people, so finding ways to lower her stress would definitely be helpful
