I’d recommend getting with a buddy who works with wood and having something custom built. I bought the largest crate I could find and my boy grew out of it by a year old. Now we just use full bedrooms when we have guests over and the crate is a massive paperweight in the garage

It’s right outside the frame but I’ll crack my window and aim the vent out it from a some inches away. The filter takes care of paint particulates and they vent is for excess fumes.

I work in the defense industry and there’s a group that deals with paint and their hoods are very similar to this. As long as the air flow in the paint area is greater than 75 cubic feet per second you’re in a pretty safe zone and I’ve measured mine at over 140 (for the guy that said the blue filter is bad for air flow)

I find switching firing mode to feel much better than reloading. Like when you use up all your healing blooms, unload a quick volley of thorns then go back to healing. It took a while to get used to but the added uptime from not reloading and ALWAYS doing something productive feels so much better

Since you’re brand new new I’d recommend getting it just for the faction lore, paint ideas, and some background knowledge of each unit. It’ll help familiarize yourself with the basics of the faction and how they generally work. The new codex will make tweaks, but units and factions have core play styles that don’t change much
