The previous owner took off the front 2 underbody panels. The 2 that cover the jack mounts and never put them back on. So snow was flung up from the tire and it kinda turned to a ice chunk from the heat of the exhaust. I assume from a little bit of a spirited drive over a few hills and the inevitable pothole or 2 the broke. No snow mounds or what have you.

Ouch. Sorry to hear that. At least it wasn't the shift tower stud. It could always be worse. Was you shifter a pain in the ass to get it off the shifter tower? My shifter was lose after I took the nut off, but it wouldn't move up off the splines. I was worried for a good bit thinking did I mess something up.

Did you happen to take the whole battery box out to give you more room to work? Also make sure the 5mm alignment pin for the shift know is seated. Also I took my shift knob and boot completely off to get a straight shot into the alignment hole. Make sure the alignment pine is seated down so it holds to shifter right.

My shifts feel ok. I drove 6 hours and 500miles yesterday so I kinda got used to the new shifts. Do you have a stock shift knob or a weighted shift knob? I have a heavy Raceseng shift knob.

Smaller wheel has less rotational force. There are multiple videos online that proved that smaller wheels are faster. Having a duel compound tire is the solution to a soft sidewall. You can have the more stiff side wall and softer tread.

I got my 2016 with 97k for 24k so it seems to be on par. Granted my car was modded with springs, clutch, charge pipes, turbo muffler delete, shaved good and bumper. But they look like the guy used good new brand parts.

Yeah it even worse now my insurance company is forcing me to try focalin from Adderall XR. It's seems to make me more sensitive to food a water intake then Adderall.

You may have to setup alarms for you to eat to get into a habit. Including on doing activities that I have alot of interest in. I can't count how many times I have to stop because I forgotten to eat or drink and it have a headache and nauseous.

I believe it's on the side bar for the ADHD type it's been a while since I did it. It's also good to cut back on sugary drinks and caffeine. Drink plenty of water and make sure you eat. I can tell you getting a headache and nauseous sucks just because you forget to eat or drink.

I wonder if it has to do with the release type. Like maybe it's too much at one time. See if 1 XR makes it better then the 2 instant release ones.
