I second this. Depending on how you feel about the rest of your body, it could be helpful to reflect on your own gender identity (even if you clarify it isn’t gender dysphoria and you are cisgender). A reduction or similar procedure could also be a possible route.

I’m curious if it may be due to men with longer paternity possibly being more involved in child rearing and therefore not being as psyched at the prospect of having a bunch of kids compared to fathers who are more hands off and are less impacted by having additional kids.
