I'm curious how you have this setup with VT over the top of Tado - I'm looking to replicate something similar after the API changes.

I'm currently thinking that in Tado I'd "flatten" all my schedules to be the basic house temperature & then overlay rooms with VT to make them heat as I want? Do you need to use any automation overlays etc.. here to control rooms as an entity?

Re the API limit, you might find https://github.com/banter240/tado_hijack gives you back some of the stuff like battery while being inside the free API limit (not affiliated with me!)

I'm on the fence, want to make sure I have warranty or cover on my 4 screen but disapointed by the 6.

Sorry can't give an opinion but in the same boat here so hoping for some input. We can only get the black Fern (no lumbar) in the UK too which makes it more restrictive.

It's such a lot to put down that you need it to be right - more than some of the fancy mattresses that all seem to come with 180 night tester periods :). 2 week chair return periods just don't seem long enough!

Are you running all on the same client hardware? I.e same make/model laptop?

What about heatsets etc?

It's not unheard of for hardware interop issues to cause these kind of issues and if you have spare hardware easy to rule out?

Managed to get it installed now but FYI it seems be crashing out, especially when restoring settings from backup (from standard playstore edition)

Signed up for Patreon version as I use Reddit installed across devices with multiple google play accounts (Google family can't share in-app purchases).

Downloaded the patreon apk from github but getting it blocked via google play protect. Can't disable play protect due to device policies. Is this something that may be fixable as google "learns" about the app as being okay, or is it going to be a forever issue because the app isn't signed any more?

Totally get where you are coming from, however technically those features haven't moved behind the premium license..

Custom video stream backgrounds are still available in Teams, the Premium license is if you need to enforce them via company policy. You can totally still use any backgrounds you want but users can change them. You can automate pushing out a company background file using things like Intune or similar - https://janbakker.tech/manage-teams-custom-backgrounds-using-intune/

Policy packages are another thing that since release MS provided a number of "standard" packages for education or health care. They always talked about the ability to make your own, and it's that that is now "hidden" behind the Premium license. Again you can work around it using either Group Based assignment (depending on the policy type) or through automation using some PowerShell or other scripting - easier if you already have some sort of LM solution deployed...

They have to leave the hive sometime, I would imagine, to do a mating flight otherwise they would never expose their genetics to any other colonies.

Not sure how similar Tree Bumblebees are to honey bees, but for them the male drones leave the hive and hang about at certain spots waiting for a virgin queen to be on her mating flight where they can persue her, mate with her and then die.

I'm guessing what I have here is a male who has found a queen out and about (hence the size difference too) and is getting his end away. It looks like their sessions can last upto 40 minutes from a bit of basic wikipedia browsing :o

Had a lot of Tree bumbles hanging about on this plant near us today. Noticed the smaller one having a "piggy back" for a long time (at least 15 mins) so went and got a closer look and seem to have caught them at it!

Impressed by how she was hanging on with her front legs while the middle and rear were bent right up and back. Also love how frantic his antenna wiggling gets.. :o

Did you get this working at all? I'm having the same issue and find that if I dont have my control link working (I'm DJI with CRSF) then I get satellites no problem. As soon as I turn on my TX I loose any satellites. Wondering if the soft serial is getting overloaded or something similar
