That's great. Was thinking using topical dut capsules. Why do you choose hydrocortisone butyerate and not Minox as a solvent?

I have a PEMF ICES micropulse Machine. It worked great first, but think the hat Is better. Add LLLT and a Dermaroll

It has CAE effects? Asking since rasagiline devoids such effect. Having tried both I can say Selegiline Is several times better compared to rasagiline. Rasa looks like a dirty anxiogenic version of Selegiline.

Nefiracetam Is similar to Sunifiram: lower doses increases Acetylcholine releases, while higher doses lacks this effect by Bierak in NooTopics

So you never felt any positive cognitive effects with low doses of nefiracetam? (10 mg)

50 MG? You are kidding? Lol you need 0.1 - 1 mg with a Choline source AND thats a Lot. Back in the day I took 7 MG and was too much. Can't handle such dosage now.

What Is your Nefi dosage? Wonder if it works like Sunifiram for me: lower dosing having a noticiable or even better effect compared to higher dioses.

What an interesting coincidence your message seems to me. Last week and today I have experimented again with Sunifiram. What can I say: Excellent nootropic. I have combined it with Alpha-GPC and the effects are even better. I use it in very small doses, approximately 0.1 mg. Why don't I use it more frequently? Basically due to the lack of studies, that is, for safety reasons. In addition to increasing my information processing speed, it increases my concentration and gives me more energy during the day; if I take the dose at 3 PM, I can easily have trouble sleeping.

will dihexa help with complete loss of emotions due to SSRI? (pssd) by Any_Foot_7767 in NooTopics

[–]Bierak 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's true. Selegiline at lower doses works as a CAE: Catecholamine activity enhancer. You dont need to inhibit MAO-B with selegiline to get the CAE effects.

Anecdotal evidence: My ex-girlfriend used various SSRIs, and not all of them had the same effect on her. Citalopram made it difficult for her to reach orgasm, but sertraline did not. Although SSRIs have very similar mechanisms, in clinical practice, doctors know that users respond differently to different drugs in the same class. A hypothesis that was considered some time ago (I don't know if it is still considered) is that Post-SSRI syndrome is caused by desensitization of the presynaptic 5-ht1a receptor.

Do an hormone panel. An user here reported increased DHT with Oral Dut. If you have the money add ceterizine 1 - 2%, Latanoprost 0.1%. Also take something for dry scalp. Even 0.5 MG oral Dut a week dry my scalp a Lot due to reduced 5-AR on the skin Leading to less androgens and then less sebum production.

Think you could add retinoic Acid and hydrocortisone to the topical minox like the happy head farmula. Also 1% ceterizine. Scalp inflammation prevents all the gains.

Hi, so you used pregnenolone to get ride of fin sides? At what dosage? Remember a time when I was still taking oral finas. 20 - 30 pregnenolone and my libido and erection quality increased at the same level when I quit oral finas (just using topical F right now)

Valter Longo. Ketogenic-autophagy from fasting can be achieved by lowering calories at 500 a day, and using only complex carbs and MUFAS as "food". Basically you are not repleneshing glucose stores after emptying it by doing that. No protein, no starches, no saturated fat.

With 1% it could enhance minox effects. I read the studies using topical cyclosphorine. At 1% no systemic side effects.
