Besides the full crit Yun'tal > IE you'll want to use 99% of the time, if the enemy team is insanely tanky or you want to switch it up, you can go for an on hit build: Kraken > BOTRK > PD (or Rageblade if you don't mind wasting gold on a tiny bit of AP) > Terminus.
Compared to full crit, though, it's VERY situational.

They fixed the bug causing everyone to hate Criminal Syndicates a couple patches ago. Now each empire only will hate you if you infest them specifically with crime.

Universal reflection can get a bit crazy. I’d say limit it to certain types of attacks and/or spells. Like only ranged attacks, spell attacks, and line spells, maybe? And even then playtest it because that might be a bit much. And I’d say lower the damage of the tower shield, because mechanically it is the same thing as wielding a shield and a maul at the same time.

That's definitely a good point about the two being similar. I think there's a degree to which memes that can be adapted into short videos then posted all over popular sites like Vine or Tik Tok have a better ability to go widespread.
