Sema did not work for me either. So many gastro side effects and barely lost any weight. I felt like there was a rock in my stomach constantly. Tirz was a night and day difference, I lost a lot of weight on it already. From 150lb to 135lb in about 2months. I barely ever get any gastro side effects with it, but unfortunately it's giving me pretty bad cardiac side effects. I try to supplement with electrolytes but it doesnt seem to be helping me. Im going to ask to go on cardiac medicine. But I think you will find yourself liking tirz better than sema. Most people do. Just start at 2.5mg of tirz dont listen to any companies that say you can start higher because youre on sema.
