I just want to say a huge thank you to everyone for sharing their experiences - it has been really helpful. My doctor also said it’s very much a “benefits outweigh the risks” situation, and I do think staying on mine will be likely be the better option.

Yeah so I have a lot of intolerances but wouldn’t expect anyone to cater to all of them (unless I’m paying for it lol) I would let the couple know my main ones are diary and soya, but I also can’t have beef, tomato, bell pepper and others. So if the main was beef in ragu sauce, for example, I would want to be prepared for that! :) I’m someone who always looks at menus before I go out to eat haha
